Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers
Justin Herbert faces an atrocious Las Vegas Raiders secondary that has allowed seven touchdown passes without an interception this season. Another 300-yard game with multiple passing touchdowns is likely for Herbert in Week 4. — Josh Larky
Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings
Kirk Cousins has thrown for at least 344 yards in every game and is an every-week starter in fantasy football. — Josh Larky
Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals
He’s been frustrating through three weeks, but next up are the Tennessee Titans, an extreme pass funnel defense. The Titans allow a league-low 2.7 yards per carry to running backs while giving up 8.3 yards per pass attempt. Last week, Deshaun Watson returned to form, completing 82 percent of his passes for 289 yards and two touchdowns against the Titans. Joe Burrow’s time is coming in Week 4. — Josh Larky
Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos
Facing a Chicago Bears secondary that has suffered from a complete lack of a pass rush, Russell Wilson should make it three consecutive weeks with at least 300 yards passing. — Josh Larky
Daniel Jones, New York Giants
Daniel Jones has been incredibly matchup-dependent through three weeks, and Week 4 looks like his second good spot of the season. He’ll face a Seattle Seahawks defense that’s allowed at least 323 passing yards to each quarterback it has faced. — Josh Larky
Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
The New England Patriots already contained Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa this season and have yet to allow any quarterback to reach 13 fantasy points. Those with Dak Prescott should search for a better option on waivers this week. — Josh Larky
C.J. Stroud, Houston Texans
C.J. Stroud has set an NFL record with 121 passes without an interception to start his NFL career. He passed for 906 yards and four touchdowns in his first three games. Stroud is averaging 302 yards per game and is on pace to finish the season with 5,134 passing yards and 22 touchdown passes. He is unlikely to keep up the yardage pace, but he certainly can be considered for spot-starts through the bye weeks. — Kev Wheeler
Bryce Young, Carolina Panthers
Bryce Young is a desperation streaming option this week against the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings shut down running backs in Weeks 1 and 3, and their defense is much more exploitable through the air. To this point, quarterbacks are averaging nearly eight yards per pass attempt against the Vikings. Note: While the Vikings gave up nearly 200 yards to D’Andre Swift in Week 2, that says more about the Philadelphia Eagles offensive line than the Minnesota defense. — Josh Larky

Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders
Josh Jacobs has 90 percent of the team’s rush attempts and 64 percent of the running back targets. Now, he faces a Chargers team that invites opponents to run against them. Alexander Mattison nearly reached 100 rushing yards last week, and Jacobs is a strong threat to hit triple digits in Week 4. — Josh Larky
Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons
The percentage of running back rushes for Bijan Robinson has increased each week, going from 40 percent in Week 1 to 54 percent in Week 2 and nearly 59 percent in Week 3. Robinson might be the most agile running back since Barry Sanders with power like Marshawn Lynch. He faces a solid Jaguars run defense in Week 4, but it shouldn’t matter. — Kev Wheeler
James Cook, Buffalo Bills
Through two weeks, James Cook saw only two of the 10 red zone carries and none of the five carries at the goal line (within 5 yards of scoring). In Week 3, Cook received one of the three goal-line carries, along with the other two red zone carries. He’s had strong volume on the ground and through the air, and his ranking reflects the touchdown upside he has — assuming the red zone workload continues. — Josh Larky
Travis Etienne, Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Etienne has had a 12 percent target share in two of the three games this season. He never hit a 12 percent target share in a game last year. He faces a tough Atlanta run defense in Week 4, so we should lower expectations. — Kev Wheeler
Seattle Seahawks backfield
Kenneth Walker topped 30 fantasy points in Week 3, but rookie Zach Charbonnet nearly tied him in snaps and ran more routes. Walker is still a great option against the New York Giants this week, but he’s trending toward being a sell, while Charbonnet is a redraft buy, given his usage. As runners, Charbonnet has twice as many rushing yards over expected per carry compared to Walker, via Next Gen Stats. — Josh Larky
Zack Moss, Indianapolis Colts
Zack Moss had 22 touches in Week 2, then followed that up with 32 touches in Week 3. With Jonathan Taylor potentially returning in Week 5, this may be the Indianapolis Colts’ final week to ride Moss. He’s played well to this point, and the entire Colts offense has been much more functional than expected. — Josh Larky
Lions backfield
David Montgomery’s return might actually help Jahmyr Gibbs. In Week 3, Gibbs was miscast as a between-the-tackles runner, totaling 17 carries but only receiving two targets. Gibbs’ fantasy upside lies in his pass-catching ability, and while he’s unlikely to give us nine targets as he did in Week 2, he should easily crest last week’s two targets against the Green Bay Packers on Thursday. — Josh Larky
Dameon Pierce, Houston Texans
In a positive game script, Dameon Pierce played 54 percent of Houston's offensive snaps. He should only be considered a desperation flex-play. — Kev Wheeler
De’Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
His 51.3 PPR fantasy points in Week 3 were the 10th-highest total since 2013. The nine names ahead of him on that list should inspire confidence in him for the rest of season: Jamaal Charles, Tyreek Hill, Alvin Kamara, Ja’Marr Chase, Joe Mixon, Will Fuller, Jonathan Taylor, Tyler Lockett and Le’Veon Bell. De'Von Achane received 18 carries and four targets in Week 3, erasing concerns that his small stature may impact his workload. He’s a borderline fantasy RB1 for the rest of the season. — Josh Larky
D’Andre Swift, Philadelphia Eagles
D’Andre Swift had 28 carries for 175 yards in Week 2 and then led the backfield in Week 3 when Kenneth Gainwell returned from injury. Swift had 16 carries to Gainwell’s 14 last week, but Swift has rushed for 130 yards, while Gainwell could only muster 43 yards on the ground. I gave out a winning Swift bet in the FREE 33rd Team Discord ahead of Monday night. If you want to talk fantasy football and take some player prop bets in the process, join here. — Josh Larky
D’Andre Swift had 87 MORE rushing yards than any other player in PHI-TB

Alexander Mattison, Minnesota Vikings
Alexander Mattison totaled 20 carries and seven targets against a Chargers defense that invites opponents to run the ball against them. He totaled 17 fantasy points in that contest, which will likely be his season high. Expect newly acquired Cam Akers to be involved in Week 4 to some extent. — Josh Larky
A.J. Dillon, Green Bay Packers
Even without Aaron Jones, A.J. Dillon played just eight more snaps than Patrick Taylor in Week 3. Dillon's output this year (PPR points): 5.6 in Week 1, 7.3 in Week 2, and 3.3 in Week 3. He can be dropped in most leagues. — Kev Wheeler
Miles Sanders, Carolina Panthers
The Vikings limited the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to 2.6 yards per carry in Week 1 and the Chargers to 1.5 yards per carry in Week 3. The Carolina Panthers don’t have the league’s best run scheme like the Eagles, so temper expectations for Miles Sanders’ effectiveness on the ground in Week 4. — Josh Larky
Cleveland Browns backfield
Jerome Ford led this unit with 10 carries but only totaled 18 rushing yards against the stout Tennessee Titans defensive front. He has another tough task against the Baltimore Ravens, but his pass-game usage (21 of the 27 running back routes) was encouraging. He played well ahead of Kareem Hunt and Pierre Strong last week. — Josh Larky
Brian Robinson, Washington Commanders
The Eagles have allowed just 43 rushing yards per game to backs through three weeks, so Brian Robinson likely needs to score a touchdown to avoid a fantasy dud in Week 4. — Josh Larky
Tennessee Titans backfield
Tyjae Spears out-snapped Derrick Henry 25 to 17 in Week 3 and out-snapped Henry in two of three games. Henry's 2.0 PPR point total was the lowest of his career in a game where he's had at least 10 rush attempts. Expect the Tennessee Titans to go back to a Henry-focused game plan in Week 4. — Kev Wheeler
New York Jets backfield
After leading the team in carries, routes and targets through two weeks, Dalvin Cook took a backseat to Breece Hall in Week 3. Hall out-snapped (29-16), out-carried (12-8), and ran more routes (11-6) than Cook last week, a likely sign of how the remainder of the season will play out. — Josh Larky

Loss of Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers
Mike Williams tore his ACL and is, unfortunately, done for the season. Last year, Josh Palmer filled in for five games while Williams was hurt and averaged 16 fantasy points per game (9.2 targets, 6.2 receptions, 74 yards, 0.4 touchdowns). Quentin Johnston has seen limited action to this point, but his target rate when on the field has been 50 percent higher than Palmer’s. Palmer is a moderately high-ceiling option with a solid floor. Johnston is the home run swing who may turn out to be one of this year’s signature league winners. — Josh Larky
Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders
Jakobi Meyers has at least 10 targets and 81 yards in both games he’s played, and he has totaled five red zone targets. He and Davante Adams will plummet in the rankings if Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) misses Week 4. — Josh Larky
Jordan Addison, Minnesota Vikings
For three consecutive weeks, KJ Osborn has run more routes than Jordan Addison, yet Addison has out-produced him each week. We should see a shift in playing time one of these weeks, so Addison carries a nice ceiling moving forward. — Josh Larky
Wan'Dale Robinson, New York Giants
Wan'Dale Robinson returned from injury in Week 3 and saw five targets on eight routes. The New York Giants play a Seattle team that has allowed the most PPR points (103.1) to slot wide receivers this season. — Kev Wheeler
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers
Christian Watson should debut on Thursday Night Football against the Detroit Lions. Jayden Reed and Romeo Doubs have averaged nearly seven targets per game in his absence, with Reed being slightly more efficient. The expectation is both take a back seat to Watson, but rankings adjustments will be made next week if that doesn’t materialize. — Josh Larky
Houston Texans receivers
Only the Chargers, Dolphins, and Vikings receivers have scored more PPR fantasy points on the season. The Houston Texans’ base package on offense is three-receiver sets, and Nico Collins, Tank Dell and Robert Woods are viable each week. — Josh Larky
San Francisco 49ers receivers
Without Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel saw a season-high 35.3 percent target share in Week 3. Week 1 and Week 2 were both at 25.0 percent. Aiyuk is back at practice and is expected to return in Week 4. — Kev Wheeler
Adam Thielen, Carolina Panthers
Adam Thielen has a target share of at least 25 percent in the past two games, and WR Jonathan Mingo likely will miss Week 4 due to a concussion. Thielen is set up well in a revenge game against a very beatable Vikings secondary. — Josh Larky
Marquise Brown, Arizona Cardinals
Marquise Brown averages seven targets, five receptions, 48 yards and 14 fantasy points per game. Joshua Dobbs has been better than advertised, and Brown appears capable of rising above the Cardinals' offensive environment each week. — Josh Larky
Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Mike Evans has at least five receptions, 60 yards and a TD in all three games. — Kev Wheeler
Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens
Zay Flowers led the Baltimore Ravens with a 33 percent target share in Week 3 (10 targets). TE Mark Andrews was next-best with 16.7 percent. — Kev Wheeler
Drake London, Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons have only one double-digit fantasy performance from their pass-catchers through three weeks, while teams like the Vikings (11), Chargers (eight), Lions (eight), and Saints (eight) have been fantasy point factories for wide receivers and tight ends. Drake London cannot be started each week with any confidence until this team throws more. — Josh Larky
Marvin Mims, Denver Broncos
Marvin Mims has at least 73 yards in the past two games. On the season, he’s run just 27 routes (slightly less than one full game), but he’s totaled 195 yards. His 7.2 yards per route run leads the NFL by a considerable margin. Expecting an uptick in playing time for the rookie speedster against the Chicago Bears. — Josh Larky
Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts
Josh Downs took over the WR2 role from Alec Pierce and has averaged eight targets per game already. The speedy slot rookie is a fine flex play in PPR formats. — Josh Larky

Darren Waller, New York Giants
The Seahawks have given up 138 yards per game to the slot this year, and Darren Waller is in a potential eruption spot in Week 4. — Josh Larky
Cole Turner, Washington Commanders
Cole Turner got his opportunity to shine and took advantage of it — by leading the Commanders in targets in Week 3. He only produced four receptions for 35 yards against a Bills defense that plays well against tight ends. In Week 4, Turner faces a Philadelphia defense that has allowed the most points to the TE position thus far. — Kev Wheeler
Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions
Sam Laporta has increased his target share each week, from 16 percent to 18 percent to 36 percent in Week 3. His fantasy points have risen each week, too, from 8.9 to 11.3 to 22.4 PPR points last week. He is a strong fantasy starter for the rest of the season, with at least five catches every week. — Josh Larky
Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers
Pat Freiermuth has had a target share below 15 percent each week and has two touchdown receptions on only five catches. He’s not going to continue scoring a touchdown every 2.5 receptions, and it’s concerning that his target share has remained low because WR Diontae Johnson — currently on IR — left halfway through Week 1 because of a hamstring injury. — Josh Larky
Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys
Jake Ferguson averages six targets per game on only 20 routes per game. He’s fantasy relevant, so any uptick in playing time will give him a Dalton Schultz-type ceiling from when Schultz was a Cowboy. — Josh Larky
Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons
Kyle Pitts caught 5 of 9 targets for a team-high 41 yards in Atlanta's 20-6 loss to Detroit in Week 3. There is a glimmer of hope that Pitts can build on this performance against a Jacksonville defense in the bottom third of points allowed to tight ends. — Kev Wheeler
Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers
Only Pitts (11.8) has seen a higher average target depth than Luke Musgrave (11.5), and no other tight end is above 10 yards. Musgrave is pacing for 85 targets, 63 receptions, and 702 yards this season, which are fantasy TE1 numbers. — Josh Larky

Pittsburgh Steelers
Houston’s injury-ravaged offensive line faces the Pittsburgh Steelers’ premium pass rush. Pittsburgh is the first high-end pass rush that C.J. Stroud has faced in his professional career.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New Orleans Saints are two quality defenses that face two volatile quarterbacks. We’re giving the Buccaneers a slight edge if Jameis Winston starts.
Dallas Cowboys
We can expect New England to follow suit after watching Arizona run the ball all over Dallas. That will limit sack and turnover opportunities for the Dallas Cowboys.
Cleveland Browns
If the Ravens’ offensive line is still down multiple starters, the Cleveland Browns will have a trench advantage in this matchup.
Cincinnati Bengals
Streaming the Cincinnati Bengals’ defense is more of a bet against the Titans' offensive line than anything else.
The Los Angeles Chargers' defense is not safe, but they’ve already moved from -4.5 point favorites to -6 because Jimmy Garoppolo might miss this contest.
New York Giants
The New York Giants will be home, in primetime, against a banged-up Seahawks offensive line.
