With the 2025 NFL Combine in the books, the league now has one of its last major information-gathering opportunities for the prospects of this year's cycle. We didn't see a number of the top talents test in Indianapolis, but medical checks were had, team meetings were held, and more.

How has all of this new information changed the outlook for April?

On the heels of the week in Indy, here's an updated look at our Top-150 prospects eligible for the 2025 NFL Draft.

Latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Updated Top 150 for 2025 NFL Draft

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Top 10

1. Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado Colorado logo

Hunter's positional versatility lingers as a potential trump card for the other would-be challengers for the top spot. With twice as many pathways to impacting the game, Hunter feels like the player who will have a big impact available for everyone.

And that keeps him locked in at No. 1 overall.

2. Abdul Carter, LB, Penn State Penn State Nittany Lions logo

Carter's eventful start to Indianapolis was a roller coaster of emotions. First, he wasn't working out due to the aftermath of a shoulder injury he suffered in the Playoffs. Then, a discovered foot injury threatened to require surgery. Twelve hours later, surgery was off the table.

Carter appears headed onward to his pro day and, shortly thereafter, for the top-five picks in April.

Abdul Carter's Full Scouting Report

3. Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State Boise State logo

Jeanty's landing spots in the draft appear to be getting a boost courtesy of some aggressive action in Chicago for interior offensive linemen.

He likely won't have to wait long to be considered the "best player available" on many boards. Jeanty's a prospect who should find production regardless of the supporting cast around him in the NFL — and fast.

Ashton Jeanty's Full Scouting Report

4. Will Johnson, CB, Michigan Michigan Wolverines logo

Johnson appears to have lost his luster for some time, but the tape of years past is simply too good for this draftnik to forget.

Johnson's combine was uneventful without athletic testing, but some were disappointed by his length measurements. I see a player whose coverage instincts are more than enough to make up for it.

Will Johnson's Full Scouting Report

5. Will Campbell, OG, LSU LSU Tigers logo

Sure enough, Will Campbell is inevitable. He was ranked as a top overall offensive lineman in the summertime, and even amid the questions about his ability to play tackle, here he is!

Campbell showed good burst and explosiveness with his testing as a dense athlete along the line, and he comes with glowing reviews with his football IQ.

Will Campbell's Full Scouting Report

6. Shemar Stewart, EDGE, TEXAS A&M Texas A&M Aigges Logo

This stock is hot! The bad news? It's hard to imagine this isn't the peak of the mountain for Stewart in these rankings. Stewart cut the weight from where he was listed on the roster and promptly had an "all-time" combine performance.

There are questions about the sack production, but the film shows an overly disruptive talent with elite traits and endless potential. Those don't wait to get drafted very long.

Shemar Stewart's Full Scouting Report

7. Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State Ohio State Buckeyes logo

One prospect whose combine seems like a rousing success without a single workout is Simmons, who is expected to be cleared from his season-ending knee injury in time for a pro day ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft.

If that's true, Simmons will get a chance to prove his health and salvage some of his draft stock.

Josh Simmons' Full Scouting Report

8. Mason Graham, DL, Michigan Michigan Wolverines logo

Graham entered Indy perceived as one of the safest prospects in the class. I'm not sure that's false, but his strategy throughout the week was interesting.

He arrived and weighed in under 300 pounds despite being on the roster at Michigan above 315 pounds. He then did not test due to a heel issue, leaving him smaller than we expected without any payoff of big-time testing numbers.

Mason Graham's Full Scouting Report

9. Malaki Starks, SAF, Georgia Georgia Bulldogs logo

Starks is facing big-time pressure from South Carolina's Nick Emmanwori for the top safety spot in the mock drafts after the combine.

To me, Starks still projects as a cleaner player, thanks to his resume of playing on the roof and three years of quality, impact play for an NFL equivalent defense.

Malaki Starks' Full Scouting Report

10. Jahdae Barron, DB, Texas Texas Longhorns logo

Barron running as fast as he did will do wonders for him. Whether he ultimately lives inside or outside at the NFL level, Barron's tackling, run support, newfound ball production, and linear speed are a blend that should give him an impact role.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 11-20

11. Kenneth Grant, DT, Michigan

12. Armand Membou, OL, Missouri

13. Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

14. Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall

15. Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina

16. Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

17. Cameron Ward, QB, Miami (FL)

18. Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia

19. Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

20. Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

There's a shakeup throughout the back half of the top 20. Names like Armand Membou have shot up into fringe top-10 overall territory. The separation of QB1 Cam Ward and the rest of the pack continues to grow. And Jihaad Campbell has solidified his standing as a top-20 player thanks to an incredibly well-rounded workout.

The pass rush potency is still well represented in this group as well, with interior talent like Kenneth Grant and edge rushers such as Mykel Williams, Mike Green, and Jalon Walker.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 21-30

21. Nic Scourton, EDGE, Texas A&M

22. Josh Conerly, OT, Oregon

23. Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

24. Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas

25. Nick Emmanwori, SAF, South Carolina

26. Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College

27. Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State

28. Tyler Booker, OG, Alabama

29. Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon

30. Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA

Matthew Golden proved to be "blink and you'll miss him" fast with this scorching hot 40 time. However, several other top-end testers are in this group. Nick Emmanwori might be the face of good testing this year, but Quinshon Judkins also generated some buzz with his performance. Donovan Ezeiruaku feels like he's also steadily checked boxes at every step.

What is the big surprise here? Carson Schwesinger checked in over 240 pounds and jumped nearly 40 inches in the vertical jump. With those instincts, too?!

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 31-40

31. Xavier Watts, SAF, Notre Dame

32. Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

33. Trey Amos, CB, Mississippi

34. Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

35. Darien Porter, CB, Iowa State

36. Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

37. Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

38. Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford

39. Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky

40. Walter Nolen, DL, Mississippi

It's hard not to like this collection of talent for their potential. Xavier Watts is a potential turnover machine. Tet McMillan is a potential alpha volume receiver. Colston Loveland is a potential mismatch weapon, and Shedeur Sanders is a potential franchise quarterback.

Each of these players isn't necessarily a universal talent, and each has their respective holes in their resume. Still, this is a group with lots of impact potential.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 41-50

41. Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota

42. Jacob Parrish, CB, Kansas State

43. Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State

44. James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee

45. Alfred Collins, IDL, Texas

46. Tyleik Williams, DL, Ohio State

47. Mason Taylor, TE, LSU

48. Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

49. Andrew Mukuba, SAF, Texas

50. Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota St

It's a great year to have a pick between No. 41 and No. 50. The talent here is super capable of outperforming their ranking positions.

It looks like two Big 12 risers, Jacob Parrish and Jayden Higgins, could start straight away for an NFL team. And there's plenty of beef to be found as well between Aireontae Ersery and Grey Zabel on the offensive line and Alfred Collins and Tyleik Williams at defensive tackle.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 51-60

51. Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami (FL)

52. Jack Bech, WR, TCU

53. Darius Alexander, DT, Toledo

54. TJ Sanders, DL, South Carolina

55. Jared Ivey, DL, Mississippi

56. Tate Ratledge, IOL, Georgia

57. TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

58. JT Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State

59. Landon Jackson, EDGE, Arkansas

60. Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

The trenches are again well-repped through this tier. The starring players of trench warfare in this tier include disruptive defenders Darius Alexander and TJ Sanders inside, powerful defensive ends JT Tuimioloau and Landon Jackson, and an overly flexible talent in Jared Ivey.

Iowa State Cyclones wide receiver Jaylin Noel (13) receives a pass defended by Miami Hurricanes defensive back D'Yoni Hill (19) in the fourth quarter.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 61-70

61. Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State

62. Omarr Norman-Lott, DL, Tennessee

63. Ashton Gillotte, EDGE, Louisville

64. Jonah Savaiinaea, OL, Arizona

65. Danny Stutsman, LB, Oklahoma

66. Demetrius Knight Jr., LB, South Carolina

67. Marcus Mbow, OL, Purdue

68. Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa

69. Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami (FL)

70. Bradyn Swinson, EDGE, LSU

There's some unheralded talent in this bucket that should probably get some more love. It includes Xavier Restrepo at wide receiver, Danny Stutsman at linebacker, and Bradyn Swinson at EDGE defender.

Each offers a very easy-to-see opportunity to be a needle-moving starter. It shouldn't require a lot of imagination to see names like Kaleb Johnson, Demetrius Knight, and Jonah Savaiinaea being tone-setters, too.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 71-80

71. Ozzy Trapilo, OT, Boston College

72. Anthony Belton, OT, North Carolina State

73. Jamaree Caldwell, DT, Oregon

74. Shemar Turner, IDL, Texas A&M

75. Azareye'h Thomas, CB, Florida State

76. Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Virginia Tech

77. Donovan Jackson, OL, Ohio State

78. Princely Umanmielen, EDGE, Mississippi

79. Jordan Burch, EDGE, Oregon

80. Josaiah Stewart, EDGE, Michigan

This group is defined by two variables: speed and size.

Your speedy contributors include RB Bhayshul Tuten (a blazer), Princely Umanmielen (very twitchy), and Josaiah Stewart (an undersized but sudden pass rusher).

The size? Azareye'h Thomas is a supersized cornerback, whereas names like Trapilo, Belton, and Caldwell are hilariously large human beings playing on the line.

Mississippi Rebels wide receiver Tre Harris (9) runs after a catch for a first down as Kentucky Wildcats defensive back Jordan Lovett (25) pursues during the second half at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 81-90

81. Tre Harris, WR, Mississippi

82. Kyle Kennard, EDGE, South Carolina

83. Jack Sawyer, EDGE, Ohio State

84. Cameron Williams, OT, Texas

85. Chase Lundt, OT, Connecticut

86. Charles Grant, OT, William & Mary

87. Jeffrey Bassa, LB, Oregon

88. Dylan Sampson, RB, Tennessee

89. Cobee Bryant, CB, Kansas

90. Jaxson Dart, QB, Mississippi

Developmental talents are a theme with this bucket of talent. Jaxson Dart could be a quality starter at quarterback with the right seasoning. I don't think he' will be for everyone and would almost certainly benefit from not playing right away — a luxury not everyone can afford.

As a result, he'll be drafted before this, which is the nature of the beast. But Cameron Williams, Chase Lundt, and Charles Grant are all big-time potential players along the offensive line with uncoachable raw ability.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 91-100

91. Tyler Shough, QB, Louisville

92. Lathan Ransom, SAF, Ohio State

93. Gunnar Helm, TE, Texas

94. Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State

95. Billy Bowman, SAF, Oklahoma

96. Kevin Winston Jr., SAF, Penn State

97. Savion Williams, WR, TCU

98. Kobe King, LB, Penn State

99. Tai Felton, WR, Maryland

100. Miles Frazier, OG, LSU

Tyler Shough might be the hardest prospect to peg in this entire list. He's clearly got talent, but his injury history and age do leave some major questions on how highly you draft him.

The rest of this group offers a couple of players who could have been higher with healthy 2024 seasons — Jalen Royals and Kevin Winston Jr. Lathan Ransom is one of my absolute favorites in the class; he's a vicious striker and very good in the run game.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 101-110

101. Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Bowling Green

102. Barryn Sorrell, EDGE, Texas

103. Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

104. Jordan Phillips, IDL, Maryland

105. Joshua Farmer, DT, Florida State

106. Jaylen Reed, SAF, Penn State

107. Jonas Sanker, SAF, Virginia

108. Damien Martinez, RB, Miami (FL)

109. Cameron Skattebo, RB, Arizona State

110. Devin Neal, RB, Kansas

Just outside the top 100 sits a group of talented running backs who are potential skill-specific starters. Martinez, Skattebo, and Neal all offer good power, but their presence among one another doesn't necessarily help their stock in the eyes of teams.

The same can be said for Jaylen Reed and Jonas Sanker — a pair of gifted tacklers at safety.

Florida Gators linebacker Shemar James (6) gestures before the snap against the Texas A&M Aggies during the first half at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 111-120

111. Elijah Roberts, EDGE, SMU

112. Carson Vinson, OT, Alabama A&M

113. Oluwafemi Oladejo, EDGE, UCLA

114. Shemar James, LB, Florida

115. David Walker, EDGE, Central Arkansas

116. Jackson Hawes, TE, Georgia Tech

117. Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas

118. Trevor Etienne, RB, Georgia

119. Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson

120. Jalen Travis, OT, Iowa State

There is a LOAD of developmental upside in this section. Smaller school prospects like Carson Vinson and David Walker ooze potential, whereas Olu Oladejo and Jalen Travis offer smaller time on task at their respective positions.

Oladejo is a linebacker convert, whereas Travis played four years at Princeton (with only one and a half starting) before transferring to Iowa State.

Oregon Ducks quarterback Dillon Gabriel (8) throws a pass during the second quarter against the Ohio State Buckeyes at Rose Bowl Stadium.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 121-130

121. Maxen Hook, SAF, Toledo

122. Dillon Gabriel, QB, Oregon

123. Quincy Riley, CB, Louisville

124. Tory Horton, WR, Colorado State

125. Emery Jones Jr., OL, LSU

126. Ollie Gordon II, RB, Oklahoma State

127. Jonah Monheim, IOL, USC

128. Wyatt Milum, OL, West Virginia

129. Malachi Moore, SAF, Alabama

130. Jalen Rivers, OL, Miami (FL)

There are a couple of former buzzy prospects in this section that should still be of interest. Names like Milum, Moore, and Jones Jr. once populated the upper reaches of mock drafts.

They're no longer ranked as highly coveted players but could be prized additions on Day 3 if they have to wait that long to hear their names called.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 131-140

131. DJ Giddens, RB, Kansas State

132. Zy Alexander, CB, LSU

133. Brashard Smith, RB, SMU

134. Jared Wilson, IOL, Georgia

135. Smael Mondon Jr., LB, Georgia

136. Mitchell Evans, TE, Notre Dame

137. Kyle McCord, QB, Syracuse

138. JJ Pegues, IDL, Ole Miss

139. Chris Paul Jr., LB, Ole Miss

140. Jah Joyner, EDGE, Minnesota

Giddens was one of the NFL Combine darlings. He's still fairly new to football — how much better could he get?

Don't sleep on names like Evans and Mondon, either. Both have struggled at times with injuries in college but come from blue-blood programs and obviously have plenty of physical talent.

Texas Tech's Jalin Conyers (12) runs in for a touchdown during the AutoZone Liberty Bowl between Arkansas and Texas Tech in Memphis, Tenn., on Friday, December 27, 2024.

Updated 2025 NFL Draft Rankings 141-150

141. Pat Bryant, WR, Illinois

142. Jaydon Blue, RB, Texas

143. Nohl Williams, CB, California

144. Mello Dotson, CB, Kansas

145. Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon

146. Jalin Conyers, TE, Texas Tech

147. Will Howard, QB, Ohio State

148. Moliki Matavao, TE, UCLA

149. Kitan Crawford, SAF, Nevada

150. Deone Walker, DT, Kentucky

This is a fun final block for this update. Conyers and Ferguson are a potent pair of big-bodied athletes at tight end. Kitan Crawford, after a career as a special teamer at Texas, blew up the combine and showed live as a safety during his one year at Nevada.

And Will Howard is missing top-end tools, but his glow up this year is hard to totally dismiss amid his toughness and clutch gene.
