Fantasy Football Kickers, D/STs to Stream for NFL Week 12
Need some streaming help for Week 12? Well, it’s time to be thankful, because there are a plethora of good kickers and defenses for you to choose from. You can blame bye weeks for that.
Got some great news for my fellow streaming sickos: I’m working on my streaming article and this is a PHENOMENAL week to stream kickers and defenses pic.twitter.com/KZ9PPZM1od

As a reminder, eligible kickers and defenses for this column must not be rostered in more than 50% of leagues, per FantasyPros’ rostership data. All stats are credited to TruMedia unless stated otherwise.
Top Streaming Kickers for Week 12
Jason Myers, SEA, v. Las Vegas Raiders
- Rostered in 34.5% of leagues.
- The Seahawks just had their bye, so Myers is widely available.
- He’s tied for the fourth-most fantasy points among kickers.
- His six-point performance in Week 10 was his worst game since Week 2.
- His eight-point performance in Week 9 was his second-worst game since Week 2.
- Myers is 19/20 in field goals and 26/27 on extra points.
- The Raiders have given up an average of 10.3 fantasy points over the last three games.
- They’ve allowed more than eight fantasy points in four of their last five games.
- Keep an eye on the weather in Seattle, though.
Robbie Gould, SF, v. New Orleans Saints
- Rostered in 49.8% of leagues.
- Gould was my top streaming kicker in Week 11.
- He scored eight points, good for K14.
- For reference, eight points is precisely what K12, Ka’imi Fairbairn, averages.
- Gould’s last four games: 14, seven, 10 and eight fantasy points, respectively.
- I went into more detail about Gould’s fantasy success last week.
- Only two teams have allowed more fantasy points to kickers than the Saints.
- Only three kickers have failed to score double-digit fantasy points against them.
- Kickers have also made two field goals in all but two games against New Orleans.
Ryan Succop, TB, at Cleveland Browns
- Rostered in 38.5% of leagues.
- The Buccaneers just had their bye, so Succop is widely available.
- Prior to his bye, Succop was tied for the second-most fantasy points among kickers.
- He’s had just two games below eight fantasy points.
- The Browns have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to kickers.
- That includes a 23-point game to Tyler Bass last week.
- That also includes five of their last six games with more than seven fantasy points allowed.
- And that seven-point game was the second-worst game a kicker has played against Cleveland since Week 3.
Other streaming options: Harrison Butker (KC) v. Los Angeles Rams, Cameron Dicker (LAC) at Arizona Cardinals
Top Streaming D/STs for Week 12
Miami Dolphins D/ST v. Houston Texans
- Rostered in 25.9% of leagues.
- Miami's D/ST has scored eight fantasy points in each of their last two games.
- Miami added Bradley Chubb to their defensive line prior to that first game.
- They’ve scored more than eight fantasy points in three of their last four games.
- Houston's D/ST has allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing D/STs.
- That includes four games of more than eight fantasy points allowed.
- And that includes a 21-point performance allowed to Washington's D/ST last week.
- Davis Mills has thrown an interception in each of their last five games.
- Mills has also thrown two interceptions in four games this season.
- Houston has allowed more than three sacks in each of their last four games.
- Update: Davis Mills was reportedly benched for Kyle Allen, who played in two games for Washington last year.
Kansas City Chiefs D/ST v. Los Angeles Rams
- Rostered in 24.9% of leagues.
- The Chiefs' D/ST has averaged the eighth-most fantasy points among D/STs during the last five weeks.
- They have five sacks in three of their last four games and three sacks in the other one.
- Only two teams have allowed more sacks than the Rams.
- No team has allowed more fantasy points to opposing D/STs than the Rams.
- The Saints' D/ST only scored four fantasy points last week against Los Angeles, but they’re not a good defense.
- The Buccaneers' and Cardinals' D/STs both scored more than nine fantasy points against the Rams in the two weeks prior.
- The Rams have the third-most giveaways per game this season.
- Wide receiver Cooper Kupp is out.
Pittsburgh Steelers D/ST at Indianapolis Colts
- Rostered in 38.7% of leagues.
- The Steelers' D/ST just dropped a donut against the Bengals.
- But a week prior, they scored 12 fantasy points against the Saints.
- T.J. Watt is back and has played the last two games.
- Only the Rams have allowed more fantasy points to opposing D/STs than the Colts.
- In the past five weeks, the Colts have allowed more than seven fantasy points four times and more than 20 fantasy points twice.
- Their lone dud was against the Raiders, who don’t have a good defense.
- The Colts are tied for the second-most giveaways per game this season.
- The Steelers have snagged two interceptions in each of their last two games.
- This is a boom-or-bust game.
Other streaming options: Denver Broncos D/ST at Carolina Panthers, Carolina Panthers D/ST vs. Denver Broncos, Washington Commanders D/ST vs. Atlanta Falcons (Washington D/ST is only available in 34% of leagues)
