2022 NFL Draft 2nd Round
Round 2, Pick 33: Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Travis Jones (UConn DL)
Travis Jones moves to a 3-4 3-technique spot to create a fearsome DL in Tampa, and can spell Vita Vea at 1-tech if necessary.
Round 2, Pick 34: Minnesota Vikings — Kyler Gordon (Washington CB)
Gordon replaces Mackensie Alexander and learns from the legendary Patrick Patterson.
Round 2, Pick 35: Tennessee Titans — Nakobe Dean (Georgia LB)
Dean adds significant speed to the Titans defense next to Zach Cunningham.
Round 2, Pick 36: New York Giants — Andrew Booth Jr. (Clemson CB)
Booth Jr. will rotate early with Adoree' Jackson and James Bradberry early (provided that Bradberry is not traded), and can earn starting reps before long.

Round 2, Pick 37: Houston Texans — Jaquan Brisker (Penn State DS)
Brisker takes the spot of departed stud, Justin Reid.
Round 2, Pick 38: New York Jets — Chad Muma (Wyoming LB)
Muma plays behind newly-acquired Jermaine Johnson and gives NYJ a brand-new defensive stalwart at every level.
Round 2, Pick 39: Chicago Bears — Roger McCreary (Auburn CB)
McCreary brings desperately-needed talent to the Bears secondary. Despite underwhelming size and length, he may have the best mirror and match ability of any corner in the draft.
Round 2, Pick 40: Seattle Seahawks — Malik Willis (Liberty QB)
Willis gives Pete Carroll his QB of the future as his slide finally ends at No. 40.
Round 2, Pick 41: Seattle Seahawks — Troy Andersen (Montana State LB)
Seattle takes another athletic-freak college QB, but now one who has transitioned to defense.
Round 2, Pick 42: Indianapolis Colts — Christian Watson (North Dakota State WR)
Matt Ryan gets the new version of Julio Jones in Christian Watson.
Round 2, Pick 43: Atlanta Falcons — Cameron Thomas (San Diego State EDGE)
Meanwhile Ryan's former team adds pass rush ability to their leaky defense.
Round 2, Pick 44: Cleveland Browns — Perrion Winfrey (Oklahoma DL)
Cleveland adds a borderline first-round talent pass rusher next to Taven Bryan to help keep Myles Garrett clean.
Round 2, Pick 45: Baltimore Ravens — Arnold Ebiketie (Penn State EDGE)
Long, explosive 3-4 LB — sounds like Baltimore.
Round 2, Pick 46: Detroit Lions — Sam Howell (North Carolina QB)
After a huge trade for Jameson Williams in the first, Detroit adds a QB to throw to him who can compete with Goff.
Round 2, Pick 47: Washington Commanders — Kerby Joseph (Illinois DS)
After surprisingly passing on Kyle Hamilton in the first, Washington fills their safety need here.
Round 2, Pick 48: Chicago Bears — George Pickens (Georgia WR)
Some teams have Pickens as the most talented receiver in the draft, so Chicago might get a steal here.
Round 2, Pick 49: New Orleans Saints — Desmond Ridder (Cincinnati QB)
A defensive head coach typically asks his offense to primarily keep the ball safe, and Desmond Ridder is the best QB in this draft at that.
Round 2, Pick 50: Kansas City Chiefs — David Ojabo (Michigan EDGE)
With back-to-back edge defenders, KC takes pressure off the top-ten talent of Ojabo and gives him space to recover from his injury.
Round 2, Pick 51: Philadelphia Eagles — Christian Harris (Alabama LB)
Philadelphia basically refuses to take LBs in the first round, but they get value in the 'Bama backer here.
Round 2, Pick 52: Pittsburgh Steelers — David Bell (Purdue WR)
The Steelers have a sterling reputation for drafting receivers and can capitalize on the overlooked Bell.
Round 2, Pick 53: Green Bay Packers — Trey McBride (Colorado State TE)
Although Tonyan is returning, Aaron Rodgers gets the top TE in the draft and somebody who can create mismatches here.
Round 2, Pick 54: New England Patriots — Leo Chenal (Wisconsin LB)
Dont'a Hightower out, Leo Chenal in. The phone-booth thumper is a Patriot through-and-through.
Round 2, Pick 55: Arizona Cardinals — Boye Mafe (Minnesota EDGE)
With Marquise Brown joining the offense, the Cardinals need to add speed on defense to win shootouts.
Round 2, Pick 56: Dallas Cowboys — Drake Jackson (USC EDGE)
The long-limbed edge fits the Dallas mold and can help replace Randy Gregory.
Round 2, Pick 57: Buffalo Bills — Breece Hall (Iowa State RB)
It's always tough to add playmakers from the back half of each round, but our top RB carried his Iowa State offense.
Round 2, Pick 58: Atlanta Falcons — Logan Hall (Houston DL)
The DL revamp continues, as Atlanta builds a team to support their future QB.
Round 2, Pick 59: Green Bay Packers — Luke Fortner (Kentucky iOL)
With the Green Bay title window only open while Rodgers plays, Fortner is an immediate upgrade to the interior offensive line.
Round 2, Pick 60: Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Myjai Sanders (Cincinnati EDGE)
Jason Pierre-Paul remains unsigned, so Myjai Sanders can help with their pass rush.
Round 2, Pick 61: San Francisco 49ers — John Metchie III (Alabama WR)
The 49ers will be delighted to see the Alabama superstar fall to their first pick, especially with the time to let him grow with Trey Lance.
Round 2, Pick 62: Kansas City Chiefs — Coby Bryant (Cincinnati CB)
The Kansas City defense needs playmakers, starting with the Trent McDuffie pick, but Coby Bryant is a great value to work into the secondary.
Round 2, Pick 63: Cincinnati Bengals — Isaiah Likely (Coastal Carolina TE)
C.J. Uzomah had surprising production in 2021, but moved on to NYJ. Likely fills in as the replacement
Round 2, Pick 64: Denver Broncos — Nicholas Petit-Frere (Ohio State OT)
New QB Russell Wilson famously had a weak OL in Seattle, but Denver won't let him suffer the same fate.
2022 NFL Draft 3rd Round
Round 3, Pick 65: Jacksonville Jaguars — Bernhard Raimann (Central Michigan OT)
Raimann has been projected inside by some, but Jacksonville can test him at RT first and hope to complete their OL.
Round 3, Pick 66: Minnesota Vikings — Luke Goedeke (Central Michigan OT)
The other CMU tackle lands a pick later, although Minnesota may be more willing to test him out across the OL.
Round 3, Pick 67: New York Giants — Kenneth Walker III (Michigan State RB)
Saquon Barkley won't be around forever, and the Giants have struggled to maintain their run game through his many injuries.
Round 3, Pick 68: Houston Texans — Wan'Dale Robinson (Kentucky WR)
With Brandin Cooks adding a deep element, Wan'Dale can feast underneath.
Round 3, Pick 69: Tennessee Titans — Jalen Pitre (Baylor DS)
Despite strong safety play, the Titans pass defense struggled in 2021. Pitre adds versatility and the ability to move DBs around the backfield.
Round 3, Pick 70: Jacksonville Jaguars — Jalen Tolbert (South Alabama WR)
Every team needs a field-stretcher, and Tolbert's ability to open up the Jacksonville offense makes him a strong add in the third.
Round 3, Pick 71: Chicago Bears — Isaiah Spiller(Texas A&M RB)
With David Montgomery on the final year of his deal, Spiller pairs with Khalil Herbert to give Chicago a two-headed monster for the future.
Round 3, Pick 72: Seattle Seahawks —Martin Emerson (Mississippi State CB)
Long and strong, Emerson fits Seattle's Cover 3 nicely.
Round 3, Pick 73: Indianapolis Colts — Jalyn Armour-Davis (Alabama CB)
The Colts clearly identified the secondary as a need, adding Stephon Gilmore and Brandon Facyson, but Armour-Davis helps them keep pace with a new generation of QBs in the AFC South
Round 3, Pick 74: Atlanta Falcons — Matt Corral (Ole Miss QB)
Finally, the Falcons take their QB — and he'll now have Drake London, and Kyle Pitts to throw to.
Round 3, Pick 75: Denver Broncos — Jelani Woods(Virginia TE)
Noah Fant out, hyper-athletic Jelani Woods in.
Round 3, Pick 76: Baltimore Ravens — Romeo Doubs (Nevada WR)
Doubs can't replace Marquise Brown, but the savvy route-runner gives Lamar a cost-effective safety valve.
Round 3, Pick 77: Minnesota Vikings — Jamaree Salyer (Georgia iOL)
Like the last Vikings pick, they need a youth infusion on the OL, and another versatile piece lets them mix-and-match to find the best combination.
Round 3, Pick 78: Cleveland Browns — Kyle Phillips (UCLA WR)
The new passer in Cleveland will need somebody to throw to, and Phillips can fight Donovan Peoples-Jones for his starting spot.
Round 3, Pick 79: Los Angeles Chargers — Brian Robinson Jr (Alabama RB)
With Austin Ekeler on an expensive deal that expires after 2023, Robinson adds a high-end backup for a few years with potential to take the job afterwards.
Round 3, Pick 80: Houston Texans —Jerome Ford (Cincinnati RB)
Ford brings speed, consistency, and toughness to the Texans offense, likely unseating Rex Burkhead as the primary option by year two.
Round 3, Pick 81: New York Giants — Carson Strong (Nevada QB)
After declining Daniel Jones' fifth-year option, the Giants can take one of the best pure passers in the draft. They'll need their Evan Neal-Andrew Thomas OL to protect him.
Round 3, Pick 82: Atlanta Falcons — Matthew Butler (Tennessee DL)
The underrated Tennessee DT continues to add bodies in Atlanta.
Round 3, Pick 83: Philadelphia Eagles — Marcus Jones (Houston CB)
Although small, Jones contributes immediately on special teams and will try to work in on defense.
Round 3, Pick 84: Pittsburgh — Bryan Cook (Cincinnati DS)
Minkah Fitzpatrick has one safety spot locked down, but Terrell Edmunds clearly has a loose hold on the other spot and will be challenged by Cook.
Round 3, Pick 85: New England Patriots — Derion Kendrick (Georgia CB)
After losing JC Jackson, another athletic body is added to the NE secondary.
Round 3, Pick 86: Las Vegas Raiders — Daniel Faalele (Minnesota OT)
Like Trent Brown before him, the Raiders take the mammoth tackle to protect Derek Carr.
Round 3, Pick 87: Arizona Cardinals — Kingsley Enagbare (South Carolina EDGE)
J.J. Watt is still a strong run defender, by Enagbare can start to spell in on pass downs.
Round 3, Pick 88: Dallas Cowboys — Nick Cross (Maryland DS)
The hyper-athletic safety can fill a variety of roles in Dan Quinn's defense.
Round 3, Pick 89: Buffalo Bills — Darian Kinnard (Kentucky OT)
Although David Quessenberry has been recently added, Darian Kinnard has a higher upside and can add to this team.
Round 3, Pick 90: Tennessee Titans — Skyy Moore (Western Michigan WR)
After trading away AJ Brown and Julio Jones, Skyy Moore starts the replenishment of Titans weapons.
Round 3, Pick 91: Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Darrian Beavers (Cincinnati LB)
With a strong Senior Bowl, Beavers showed surprising upside as somebody to develop behind Lavonte David.
Round 3, Pick 92: Green Bay Packers — Alec Pierce (Cincinnati WR)
Maybe the Packers don't take first-round receivers, but Alec Pierce has the size & speed they've always cherished.
Round 3, Pick 93: San Francisco 49ers — Tariq Woolen (UTSA CB)
With ridiculous size and speed, Woolen is the perfect CB to sit in SF's deep zones and attack the ball.
Round 3, Pick 94: New England Patriots — John Ridgeway (Arkansas DL)
Another Patriots defender, Ridgeway wins in a phone booth and will help against the run.
Round 3, Pick 95: Cincinnati Bengals — Nik Bonitto (Oklahoma EDGE)
This super-productive edge is a bit of a tweener, but the Bengals will take sacks wherever they can find them.
Round 3, Pick 96: Denver Broncos — Justyn Ross (Clemson WR)
After a scary injury almost ended his career, Denver bets that Russell Wilson can bring the best back out of Justyn Ross.
Round 3, Pick 97: Detroit Lions — Channing Tindall(Georgia LB)
Another tough defender for the Lions, Dan Campbell adds another athletic piece to play with.
Round 3, Pick 98: Washington Commanders — JT Woods (Baylor DS)
Although Washington needs safeties, JT Woods can move outside and play as a Cover 3 CB.
Round 3, Pick 99: Cleveland Browns — Cam Jurgens (Nebraska iOL)
With JC Tretter released, Jurgens steps right in as the centerpiece of a dominating OL.
Round 3, Pick 100: Arizona Cardinals —Rachaad White(Arizona State)
This explosive straight-line back can capitalize on lighter boxes.
Round 3, Pick 101: New York Jets — Dameon Pierce (Florida RB)
Although Michael Carter has the top spot locked down, Dameon Pierce offers a change-of-pace as the second back
Round 3, Pick 102: Miami Dolphins — Brian Asamoah (Oklahoma LB)
This long, athletic LB is fast and shows the potential to cover in Miami's frequent Cover 0 blitzes.
Round 3, Pick 103: Kansas City Chiefs — Pierre Strong Jr. (South Dakota State RB)
The CEH experiment hasn't altogether worked out, but Strong is a low-cost option to spell CEH.
Round 3, Pick 104: Los Angeles Rams — DeAngelo Malone(Western Kentucky EDGE)
One of the more underrated EDGE rushers in the draft, the Rams will be excited to add Malone with their first pick.
Round 3, Pick 105: San Francisco 49ers —Tycen Anderson (Toledo DS)
Another hyper-explosive safety in San Francisco, Anderson is raw at the position but has great size and sky-high potential
